Terms and conditions

General
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with www.turnmeon.co.uk and Deeds Retail Limited (Deeds). Please read them carefully before placing any order.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights but by using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to www.turnmeon.co.uk and Deeds.

All references to the ‘customer’ or ‘you’ means the person or persons ordering, purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from www.turnmeon.co.uk and Deeds.

All references to the Web site include reference to all URL's owned by www.turnmeon.co.uk and Deeds.

1. Consenting adult
You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website and purchase goods and not be offended by products, pictures, descriptions or references of an adult or sexual nature. We reserve the right to refuse to serve any customer who we have reason to suspect is under age.

All models who appear in pictures on our site are 18 years of age or older.

2. Establishment
www.turnmeon.co.uk is an online retail store and Turn Me On is a registered trademark of the company Deeds Retail Limited offering a range of manufacturers’ goods, for purchase by consenting adults, such as; sex toys, batteries, erotic gifts, sexy lingerie, leather and PVC wear, lubricants, creams, massage oils, enhancers and condoms. Deeds Retail Limited is a registered company in England no. 5633508 whose registered office is at 6 Main Avenue, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2HJ. Deeds Retail Limited is registered for VAT registration no. 880 5751 04

3. EU directive for online trading
We trade in strict accordance with the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which protect your statutory rights as a customer buying goods on the Internet. In particular that we provide you with:

  1. A secure online payment system to protect your privacy e.g., contact and credit card details. Please see our security service.
  2. The right to cancel an order and receive a refund. Please see our returns and refunds service

4. Purchasing goods

  1. Goods supplied by Turn Me On are
    a. The property of Deeds and subject to availability at the time of order.

    b. To the best of our knowledge of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose of which they are intended i.e., adult sexual pleasure. We accept no liability for problems arising from their improper use.

    c. Covered to the extent of the manufacturers’ guarantee.
  2. The prices of goods displayed are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
    a. Goods are subject to delivery charges. Please see our delivery service.

    b. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards i.e., Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Switch and Solo.

    c. Payments and refunds are processed through Protx the secure online card payment provider for our merchant account with Lloyds TSB Cardnet.

    d. Payments will be charged to your card statement as Deeds Retail Limited.

    e. Goods displayed and their prices are valid at the time of order however we reserve the right to change our goods and prices at any time and without prior notice.

    f. Pictures and descriptions of Goods advertised are to the best of our knowledge accurate. However photographic lighting conditions can result in colour variations in display pictures and manufacturers packaging may also vary. None of this should affect the quality or purpose of the goods supplied.

    g. Customer orders are subject to our acceptance and the availability of goods. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

    h. When placing an order please check carefully that your contact details are entered correctly. We cannot accept liability for orders delayed through incorrect information supplied.

    i. When you place an order, we will acknowledge its receipt by email but no contract of sale will exist between us until we have:

    1. Received payment in full for the goods and

    2. Dispatched the goods of which notice will be sent to you by email.

    j. In the rare event that goods ordered are unavailable we will notify you by email and you may choose
    1. A full payment refund to the card used for purchase or
    2. To order replacement goods, the price of which shall be adjusted against the payment already received.

    k. Orders may be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of which
    1. The goods must be returned to us by recorded delivery within 30 days of receipt.
    2. You must retain proof of posting.
    3. Please note when returning goods postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the return is verified as defective goods or goods sent in error. Please see our returns and refunds service.

    l. Orders cancelled prior to dispatch of goods will be subject to a cancellation fee calculated at the prevailing rate of the credit / debit card fees charged to Deeds by Lloyds Cardnet  (our merchant account provider) on payment received and refund transactions together with an administration charge to cover the cost of picking, packing and unpacking of goods where applicable. No cancellation fee will apply if the order is cancelled as a result of Deeds being unable to supply the goods ordered within the specified delivery periods

5. Complaints
We operate to best business practice and aim to provide the highest level of customer service and care. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint please do so either in writing or call our Customer Services 0800 412 5979 Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

We take complaints seriously and it is our aim to resolve them on the day that they are received. Where the nature of the complaint can’t be satisfied the same day, we will advise you of the estimated resolution time. We would normally expect to resolve outstanding complaints within 7 days.

6. Content
Information displayed on our site or other printed matter by us is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

7. Copyright and Registered Trademark
Information displayed on our site is the property of Deeds or we have permission to display information on behalf of other persons, companies or organizations on our site. You may not copy, reproduce or publish this information without our prior written permission.
Turn Me On (including the series of words in various formats) and the goods and services provided under the Turn Me On brand name is a United Kingdom registered trade mark no. 2415639 and is the property of Deeds. We reserve all rights thereunder.  

8. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for us to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then our liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

9. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
