Returns and Refunds Service
We provide a hassle free FREEPOST returns and refunds service.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 protect
your statutory rights when buying goods on the Internet. In particular your
right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of goods and to a refund
within 30 days of cancellation. This gives you the opportunity to examine the
goods as you would be able to when buying in a shop.
Hygiene Protection

Please be aware for reasons of hygiene that personal products cannot be
returned to us once they have been used for the purpose intended.

We appreciate that you will want to try on our sexy lingerie and clothing
products but please wear a pair of your own panties underneath in case you need
to return the goods.
Your Right to Cancel

Simply, if you are unhappy with your unused purchase, please contact our
Customer Services to notify us about your requirement to return order goods. We
will then provide you with our UK FREEPOST return address
. Unfortunately, we do not provide a FREEPOST service for overseas returns.

Return the goods to us by 1st class post to the FREEPOST address we notify to
you within 7 days of receipt of order.

Use capital letters on your address label

It is important that you get a receipt of posting
from the post office and retain it. If the goods are lost in the post and you
cannot provide us with the receipt, we will not be able to provide you with
replacement goods free of charge or issue a refund to your payment card.

We will process your return upon receipt of goods of which your options are

A full payment refund to the card used for purchase if returned to us within 7
days of receipt of goods.

Order replacement goods, the price of which shall be adjusted against the
payment already received
- Goods returned to us later than 7 days from
receipt and not exceeding 30 days shall be subject to
replacement goods only option
- Goods returned to us
later than 30 days from receipt shall not qualify for
replacement goods and shall be returned to you and postage
charged
- Replacement goods may be returned for other
replacement goods only, providing their return to us is no
later than 30 days from receipt
- Please note that all
references to “goods returned to us” means our receipt of
goods within the time periods specified

Conditions of Return
Please note

Do not return goods that have been used for the purpose intended.

Do notify us about the return prior to returning the goods.

Do return goods in their original condition, all contents and packaging.

Do return goods to us within 7 days from the date you received the order.

Do send returns to the FREEPOST address we notify you and obtain and retain
proof of posting from your post office.

Your cost of post is not refundable if you do not use the FREEPOST address we
notify to you i.e., if you return them to us by any other delivery service

Returns we suspect have been used and that are not defective goods will be
posted back to you and P&P charged to your card.

For returns of defective products, or goods sent in error we send replacement
goods unless you have cancelled the order.

We test all defective goods which will be returned to you if found to be fit
for the purpose intended and P&P charged to your card.
Conditions of Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides
that you must receive payment refund no later than 30 days of cancelling an
order.

In practice, we aim to refund you sooner i.e., within 7 days of receiving your
goods return. The faster the return, the sooner the refund.

Please note that the value of any free or special offer conditions (offers) to
orders will be deducted from refunds when the value of the returned goods,
which are not replaced, reduces the order value to the extent that the offers
no longer apply. You may avoid this by returning offer goods with your returns.
