Discreet and robust packaging

• Orders are dispatched in plain discreet robust packaging.
• The address label displays senders name and address as Deeds Retail Limited.

Fast Dispatch

• Goods in stock ordered before 12 noon Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Goods ordered after this time will normally be dispatched the next working day.
• Where the order or dispatch day falls on a UK public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
• In the event that goods are not in stock we will advise you of the estimated delivery time which is normally within 7 to 10 days.
• We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.

Keeping track on your delivery

• You can keep track on your delivery up to postal dispatch through your login.
• Once we have dispatched your goods their delivery can be tracked online through the Royal Mail.com website by entering the recorded delivery tracking code which we will supply you on request.
• Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to re-delivery charges.
• We will not accept liability for deliveries delayed through incorrect delivery address information supplied at the time of purchase.
• For International deliveries, you are responsible for the importation of goods into your Country and the liability thereof.
• When your package arrives please make sure you keep all of the packaging and contents for at least 7 days in case you need to return your goods.
